7/8" mini apes for a trumpet

Had a guy from PA contact me after he saw one of the bikes I built in The Horse magazine for a set of bars. Garrett made the 2 he trip to my modest shop. I told him not to get his hopes up as my shop is in my backyard and only about 1000 sq. Ft. But he was blown away at the shop layout, organization, and cool shit everywhere you look. Garrett brought his triumph frame and front end and I fabbed these bad boys from scratch. 7/8" .120 wall DOM in and out in a matter of hrs. Another happy customer. Thanks for the interest and support buddy.

Root beer float! XS 650

Here are some pics of the bike that pulled down three editors choice awards in Sturgis just last month! It'so crazy, I was not expecting to win anything out there just being a small garage one man show!  It sure motivated me in my shop cause now I have a feeling of "how am I gonna top this year!" I will though look out for this ride in Oct/Nov issue of the Horse backstreet choppers.

Iowa Grand Ralley 2013

So Handy lift company sponsers our group the chop-in-block, they asked us to come and judge there 1st annual handy bike show. So we loaded acouple bikes each, that's Gary from Kustoms inc., Jesse from Raw Iron Choppers and I. The highlight of the trip was blasting around the NASCAR 3/4 mile track at 120 mph on our hand built custom chops (and the painted ladies). We will be back to support it next year so go check it out and again thanks to handy for the invite.

Biltwell seat hinge mount mod!

Biltwell seat hinge mount modified slightly. I lopt the notch off and Tig welded a 1/4 in" plate under it to give it a lil height. Then lined her up and welded it to the flat gusset. Super clean alil overboard but whatever.
