Hand made battery box
One of my first attempts from years ago. It's been on the shelf for 3yrs survived a garage fire, originally made for my brothers first xs that also was in the fire! It is to be used by my buddy Pauly on his xs650 (from previous post's).He wanted a old school belt for the tie down so here is what I came up with.

The final touches. I gave it back to my buddy Tim ready for all the stretched aftermarket fiberglass peices. Here is how she looks all fitted up. 7" dvd player coach print seat. Lowered the back acouple inches. Yet another happy customer.

Street Glide pt:3
Made a pan to smooth the underside of the seat area. Tig welded it then smoothed it out. Started assembly to get her back to a roller for Timmy.

Street glide pt:2
Just some quick pics, cut the neck jigged it up and fired the tig up. HHI neck kit adds 9 degrees rake +2 inches up and +2 inches out. The billet triple tree is for a trike also adds 9 degrees rake for a whopping 18 degrees puts it at about 44 degrees total! Plus a 2 inch extension for the downtubes.

My buddy sent me these pics. He just had the rims powdercoated and the exhaust painted up. He is runnin a Cole Foster tank, Austin Martin Originals exhaust, A.M.O. fender struts and A.M.O. wheel spacers. I extended his monstercraftsman chain tensioner an inch and fabbed the brake linkage for him.
